  • Balance payable 30 days before departure
  • Bank transfer, card, and PayPal accepted
  • Late payment may result in cancellation
Cancellations & Refunds
  • 60+ days: Full refund minus deposit
  • 30–60 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: No refund
  • Company cancellations: Full refund or reschedule

  • Clients must be medically fit for travel
